Our goal is to ensure your order reaches you in a timely and efficient manner.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on the destination and chosen shipping method.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected delivery option.

• Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• International Shipping: We offer international shipping; however, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items:

• Digital Products: All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

• Books & Educational Materials: Due to the nature of these products, books and other learning materials cannot be returned or refunded once received. The only exception is if the package is refused upon delivery and has not been opened or tampered with.

 

Return & Exchange Policy for Other Items:

• Non-educational and non-digital items, such as apparel and accessories, may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

 

Return Process:

1. To initiate a return, contact our support team at hello@julythirty.com or locate the "JT" bubble in bottom right-hand corner, with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange within 1-7 business days.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
